Delivery Policy

We deliver both locally and internationally.

📍 Within Nairobi:

  • Standard Delivery: Ksh. 300 – delivered within 2–3 hours if ordered before 4:00pm.

  • Expedited 1-Hour Delivery: Ksh. 1,000 – for urgent or time-specific orders.

🏘 Nairobi Environs:

  • Includes areas like Kiambu, Ongata Rongai, Kitengela, Ruaka, Athi River, etc.

  • Delivery by end of day (Ksh. 500 standard, Ksh. 1,000 expedited).

  • Orders must be placed before 2pm for same-day delivery.

🏙 Outside Nairobi (Kenya-wide):

  • Delivered via Fargo Courier within 1–2 days (Ksh. 500).

  • Fragile/perishable items not eligible.

  • Orders placed after 4:00pm may be delivered a day later.

  • Tracking number will be shared.

🌍 International Delivery:

  • Shipped via DHL Express (3–14 working days).

  • Charges depend on package weight.

  • Customs/import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Perishable or fragile items not eligible for DHL.

🧾 Delivery Tips:

  • Include full delivery address (e.g., "Mrs. Zalo, Karen Estate, House No. 59, Bogani Road").

Redelivery fees apply if the recipient is unreachable or address is unclear.
