Exchange and Refund

📦 Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:

  • within 7 days of delivery.
  • unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable.
  • availability of the item/size.

🔄 How to Request an Exchange:

  1. [yourstore@email.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Order Number and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

    🚚 Shipping Costs:
  • shipping the item back to us.
  • free of charge (for one-time exchange only).

📌 Please Note:

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are available.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for exchange.

💸 Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your M-Pesa or bank account again.

  • Contact your bank/Safaricom for delays.

Refund Exceptions

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
